باحث واستشاري في السياسات العامة والتطوير المؤسسي بخبرة تمتد لأكثر من 8 سنوات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.أختص في التخطيط الاستراتيجي، صياغة السياسات، البحث الاجتماعي، وبناء قدرات المؤسسات الحكومية وغير الربحية، مع تركيز على إنتاج معرفة عملية تدعم اتخاذ القرار وتعزز الأثر المستدام.

بين عامي 2018 و2022، شاركت في قيادة وإعداد “رصيد تنموي”، وهو مرجع معرفي صدر ثلاث مرات سنوياً من بيروت – لبنان بين 2018 و2021، وتناول واقع وتحولات قطاع التنمية والخدمات. أسهم هذا العمل في توفير قاعدة تحليلية معمّقة للجهات الفاعلة وصنّاع القرار، مستنداً إلى بيانات ميدانية وأدوات بحث كمية ونوعية، ومقدّماً قراءة تركيبية للسياق وتحولاته.

أحمل الإقامة الذهبية في دولة الإمارات، وأعمل حالياً انطلاقاً من دبي، مقدّماً خدمات استشارية وبحثية لعدد من الجهات الحكومية والمؤسسات في دولة الإمارات ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط. تشمل خبرتي تطوير الاستراتيجيات المؤسسية، صياغة السياسات العامة، دراسات الأثر، البحوث الاجتماعية، وتحليل السياقات التنظيمية، مع حرص دائم على تحويل النتائج البحثية إلى أدوات عملية قابلة للتطبيق.

عملت خلال مسيرتي مع عدة وكالات تنموية وجهات استشارية وإعلامية إقليمية، حيث صممت ونفذت برامج تدريبية متخصصة في مجالات المواطنة، المشاركة العامة، القيادة المجتمعية، وريادة المبادرات. كما قدت عمليات بحث ميداني تضمنت استطلاعات رأي، مجموعات تركيز، إعداد تقارير تحليلية معمّقة، وتطوير أطر وسياسات مؤسسية داعمة للنمو والاستدامة.

إلى جانب عملي البحثي والاستشاري، أمتلك خبرة تحريرية وإعلامية متقدمة؛ فقد عملت لعدة سنوات رئيساً لتحرير موقع إلكتروني معني بالشأن الإقليمي، واكتسبت خلاله خبرة عميقة في إدارة المحتوى، تطوير الخط التحريري، والإشراف على فرق الكتابة والتحرير. كما عملت محرراً مع عدد من الجهات الإعلامية، وأمارس العمل كصحفي مستقل، ما عزز قدرتي على تبسيط القضايا المعقدة وصياغة السرديات العامة بلغة دقيقة ومؤثرة.

عام 2018 أسست “مدونة الشأن العام – سورية”، كمنصة معرفية هدفت إلى تعزيز النقاش العام وإثراء الفهم بقضايا السياسات والشأن العام، ووصلت إلى أكثر من مليون شخص سنوياً. وفي عام 2022 أطلقت مبادرة “فكّر لسورية” التي كانت محاولة ومساحة للحوار الاستشرافي والتفكير بالمستقبل وصناعة الرؤى. إلى جانب عملي المهني، أسست في بيروت مساحة اجتماعية وثقافية حملت اسم “بيت شام”، واستمرت لمدة عامين كمنصة مفتوحة للنقاش واللقاء والعمل الثقافي، وكانت أشبه بنادٍ اجتماعي يجمع بين الفكر والمجتمع والهوية.

أنا هاوٍ لجمع الطوابع، مع اهتمام خاص بطوابع منطقة بلاد الشام، وأجد في هذا الشغف امتداداً لاهتمامي بالتاريخ والسرديات والتحولات السياسية. أحب القراءة، لا سيما الكتب التي تتناول القرن العشرين والأدب الروائي في العالم العربي، لما تحمله من فهم عميق للتحولات الاجتماعية والثقافية. كما أنني مدوّن ومحب للتصوير، وأمتلك شغفاً خاصاً بتسمية المشاريع والأفكار والمنتجات وصناعة الهويات المفاهيمية لها.

أحمل درجة الماجستير في العلاقات الإسلامية–المسيحية من جامعة القديس يوسف في بيروت، إلى جانب إجازتين في الإعلام والعلوم السياسية، ودبلومات متخصصة في الحوار، التنمية، والتربية الإعلامية والرقمية. أؤمن بأهمية التنمية المستندة إلى المعرفة والتحليل الرصين، وبقوة الأفكار حين تُصاغ بوضوح وتُنفّذ بإتقان. أسعى دائماً إلى تقديم حلول استراتيجية عالية الجودة تُحدث أثراً قابلاً للقياس على مستوى السياسات والمؤسسات والمجتمعات، مع الحفاظ على البعد القيمي في كل ما أعمل عليه.

I am a public policy and institutional development consultant with over eight years of experience across the Middle East and North Africa. My work focuses on strategic planning, policy formulation, social research, and capacity building for government entities and non-profit organizations. I am particularly interested in producing practical, evidence-based knowledge that supports decision-making and contributes to sustainable impact

Between 2018 and 2022, I co-led the development and publication of “Development Assets ” (Development Monitor), a knowledge reference issued three times per year from Beirut between 2018 and 2021. The publication examined transformations in the development and services sector, providing in-depth analysis for practitioners and decision-makers. The work was grounded in field data and both quantitative and qualitative research tools, offering a structured and contextual reading of ongoing changes

I currently hold the UAE Golden Residency and am based in Dubai, where I provide research and advisory services to government entities and institutions across the UAE, the GCC, and the wider MENA region. My experience includes institutional strategy development, public policy design, impact assessments, social research, and organizational analysis. I place strong emphasis on translating research findings into practical, implementable frameworks

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with several regional development agencies, consulting firms, and media institutions. I have designed and delivered training programs in citizenship, civic participation, community leadership, and social entrepreneurship. I have also led field research processes including surveys, focus groups, analytical reporting, and the development of institutional policies that support growth and sustainability

Alongside my advisory work, I bring solid editorial and media experience. I served for several years as Editor-in-Chief of a regional affairs online platform, where I managed editorial direction, supervised contributors, and refined content strategy. I have also worked as an editor with various media outlets and continue to contribute as an independent journalist. This background has strengthened my ability to communicate complex issues clearly and craft thoughtful public narratives.

In 2018, I founded the Syria Public Affairs Blog, a platform dedicated to enriching public debate and deepening understanding of policy and governance issues. The blog reached over one million people annually. In 2022, I launched “Think for Syria,” an initiative that created space for foresight dialogue and future-oriented thinking

Beyond my professional work, I founded “Beit Sham” in Beirut, a social and cultural space that operated for two years as an open platform for dialogue, gathering, and cultural exchange — something between a salon and a community club

I am an avid stamp collector with a particular interest in stamps from the Levant region, a hobby that reflects my broader interest in history, political transitions, and storytelling. I am also a passionate reader, especially of twentieth-century history and modern Arabic fiction. I write regularly, enjoy photography, and have a particular talent for naming projects, ideas, and products — shaping not only their titles, but their conceptual identities

I hold a Master’s degree in Islamic-Christian Relations from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, in addition to bachelor’s degrees in Media and Political Science, and diplomas in dialogue, development, and media and digital literacy

I believe in development grounded in rigorous knowledge and careful analysis. I value clarity of thought and disciplined execution, and I strive to deliver high-quality strategic solutions that create measurable impact across policies, institutions, and communities — while remaining guided by strong values in everything I do
